The Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter is a donor-supported non-profit that works on a global, national and local level to enhance care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. One of many chapters across the nation, the Michigan Great Lakes Chapter is headquartered in downtown Ann Arbor and has regional offices in Kalamazoo, Okemos and Muskegon. The chapter serves 23 Michigan counties and offers free education programs, support groups, care consultations, a toll-free 24/7 helpline and more.
