Ellis & Wright Assisted Living Center LLC: Building a Legacy of Care, Compassion, and Community
For Laura Wright, the vision behind Ellis & Wright Assisted Living Center LLC was inspired by a passion for serving others, a background in healthcare, and a personal understanding of the importance of quality care for individuals and families. With more than a decade of healthcare experience and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training completed through Washtenaw Community College, Laura has developed a strong appreciation for the compassion, dignity, and dedication required to care for others. Through prayer, perseverance, discipline, and consistency, Laura brought her vision to life alongside her business partners, Rachel, Chief Operating Officer, and Yolanda, Executive Vice President. Together, they established Ellis & Wright Assisted Living Center LLC, a licensed adult foster care home serving the Ann Arbor community. At Ellis & Wright, the belief is simple: care should feel like family. The mission extends beyond providing a place to live; it is about creating a supportive home where residents feel valued, families feel confident, and every individual is treated with respect and compassion. The team is also passionate about exploring innovative approaches to caregiving that can enhance residents’ quality of life and better support families and caregivers.
